Becca Varon is an experienced math education leader who has dedicated her career to supporting equitable outcomes for all students. She currently serves as Director of Instructional Support at Instruction Partners, where she works with school districts and CMOs to design comprehensive plans for math curriculum adoption and implementation, as well as providing change management coaching throughout all layers of the system. Previously, she spent eight years at Achievement Network (ANet), most recently as the Director of Math Content Learning, where she developed professional learning trajectories for high-quality instructional materials. Becca began her career as a math and science teacher with Teach for America in Arizona and later served as a founding math teacher at Roxbury Prep in Boston. She holds a B.A. in Political Science from Haverford College, an M.Ed. in Elementary Education from Arizona State University, and is currently pursuing a Certificate of Advanced Educational Leadership at the Harvard Graduate School of Education. She is based in Oakland, CA.
